Yes! We offer full customization for wool and yarn colors. You can select your preferred shades during the ordering process or discuss them directly with our designer via WhatsApp.

No. To maintain our signature quality and structural integrity, all leather components (straps, handles, and patches) are fixed and cannot be customized.

Before we ship your order, we send original photos and videos of the finished item for your Final Approval. This ensures you are 100% happy with the result before it leaves our workshop.

Since our items are made-to-order, the process takes 14 to 35 working days (depending on the item’s complexity). Once completed, shipping takes an additional 5 to 8 working days.

Our working days are Monday through Friday. We do not process orders or reply to inquiries on Saturdays and Sundays.
