At Faifat Official, every piece is a work of art, meticulously hand-crocheted to your specifications. Because our products are made-to-order, we have established the following policies to ensure clarity and fairness for both the artisan and the customer.
1. The Customization & Approval Loop
- Made-to-Order: Every bag and garment is uniquely created upon order placement.
- Final Pre-Shipment Approval: Before shipping, we will send you original photos and videos of your finished product via WhatsApp. Once you provide Final Approval via this media, the order is considered confirmed as per your request. No returns will be accepted for “color mismatch” or “design preference” after this approval has been given.
- Artisanal Nature: Minor variations in stitches are a hallmark of handmade crochet and are not considered defects.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. However, as materials are sourced immediately upon order:
- Within 48 Hours: You may cancel your order for a Full Refund.
- After 48 Hours: Once the hand-making process has begun, cancellations are NOT permitted, and the advance payment will not be refunded.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- Internal Damage: If the product itself is damaged upon arrival.
- Incorrect Item: If the model, size, or core color does not match your approved order details.
- Reporting Window: You must report any issues with photo/video evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
Exclusions:
- Damage to the outer courier packaging is the responsibility of the courier service (TCS/Leopard/Pakistan Post) and is not grounds for a return to Faifat Official.
- “Change of mind” or preference changes are not accepted for customized items.
4. The Return & Replacement Process
If your return is approved under the conditions above:
- Shipping Back: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our workshop in Khairpur Tamewali, Bahawalpur. You must provide us with a valid Tracking ID.
- Replacement Policy: We operate on a Replacement Only basis. We will fix or remake your item and ship it back to you.
- Delivery Charges: While the customer pays to send the item back, Faifat Official will bear the shipping cost for sending the corrected replacement back to you.
5. Refund Procedure (If Applicable)
Refunds are only issued for cancellations within the 48-hour window or in rare cases where a replacement is not possible.
- Method: Refunds will be sent to your preferred payment method (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, SadaPay, or Bank Account). You will be asked to provide your details at the time of the request.
- Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 working days for the funds to reach your account.
6. Final Sale Statement
All prices on the Faifat Official website are final. Since each item is bespoke, all sales are considered final once the 48-hour cancellation window has passed and pre-shipment approval is granted.
